Stephen Fleagle
Stephen hails from the Chicago suburbs and moved to the Boston area with his wife Kristin in 2019. He was a collegiate soccer player, pole vaulter, and long jumper at North Central College located in Illinois. He has been working in the fitness and athletics industry for almost 2 decades and has worked as a track and field coach, soccer coach, and weight training instructor at the college level. With a degree in Exercise Science and an emphasis on Physical Therapy he has a special appreciation for what the body is capable of. He is a NASM certified personal trainer, a level 2 CFSC (certified functional strength coach), and has completed educational courses by USTFCCCA for strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and a jump specialist course.
He has coached/trained thousands of people with kids as young as 4 up to adults in their 70s looking to keep active outside the gym and enjoy life's adventures. As someone who has overcome 6 major surgeries of his own, he knows how to be patient in movements and when it is safe to push more in an effort.
